⚠ WARNING – TIPPING HAZARD

Furniture can tip over and cause serious injury and even death. Children are particularly susceptible from tipping furniture.

To reduce the risk:

  •   Always secure this furniture to the wall using an appropriate anchoring device.

  •   Never allow children to stand, climb or hang on drawers, doors or shelves.
  •   Never open more than one drawer at a time.
  •   Always place heavier items in the lowest drawers.
  •   Never place a television on furniture not designed to support it.
  •   Always secure your television with an appropriate anchoring device.

Our Commitment

In line with the Australian Government’s mandatory information standard for toppling furniture (effective 4 May 2025), applicable products include permanent warning labels and required safety information displayed online, in-store, and within assembly instructions.

We strongly recommend anchoring all freestanding storage furniture and entertainment units to reduce the risk of tip-over incidents.

For further guidance, please refer to ACCC furniture and television anchoring advice.
