• Q. Do you ship Australia wide?

    Yes, we ship all over Australia. We are predominantly an online store, and have subsequently put a large emphasis on ensuring that each product can be sent to every part of the country. We also have measures in place to ensure your product arrives to your door, free from damage and in perfect working order. Deliveries are made between Monday - Friday.

  • Q. Can I return the product if I have a change of mind?

  • Q. Can I pick up my item free of charge?

    Yes. Holy Funk offers a free pick up service from our warehouse/showroom situated at 359 Warrigal Road, Cheltenham, Victoria 3192 (See next FAQ for full showroom details). Once you have made a purchase you will be emailed and notified when your product will be ready for collection. Customers are kindly asked to wait until they are advised when their product will be ready for collection prior to coming to the warehouse. Complete pick-up details will be provided upon purchase. 

  • Q. Does Holy Funk have a showroom?

    Yes! Our showroom is open to the public on Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 11am - 2pm. The showroom address is 359 Warrigal Road, Cheltenham, Victoria 3192. Products can be purchased and picked up directly from the showroom. Feel free to contact us if you would like confirmation regarding availability for both viewing and purchasing.

  • Q. How much does shipping cost?

    There is a postage calculator on the individual product pages. Simply enter your postcode and the website will instantly provide you with an accurate shipping cost. For orders with multiple products, add all products in your order to your cart. To access your cart click on the link on the top right hand side of your screen. You can then input your postcode to obtain a shipping quote for your entire order.

  • Q. How does delivery work?

    Deliveries occur Monday to Friday (sorry, we don't currently deliver on the weekends). Unless specifically advised or pre-arranged, all products are delivered using a one man service. Please make sure you contact us prior to making a purchase if you require a premium 2 man delivery service. Delivery is to ground floor (lifts excluded) and the driver will bring your product to your front door. Once you purchase a product, Holy Funk will be in contact with you via email to provide detailed information about the delivery process.

  • Q. Can I nominate a specific day for delivery?

    Yes. You can nominate a specific day for delivery and we will work with our delivery partners to coordinate this for you. We encourage customers to track their delivery just in case there is any unforeseen delay. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be emailed.   

  • Q. What happens if my product arrives with damage occurred in transit?

    All of our products are really well packaged to prevent any damage occurring in transit. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, there’s no need to worry. Just shoot us an email with photos of the issue and we will ensure it is sorted out for you as a priority. If the product needs to be replaced, this will be arranged at no additional cost. 

  • Q. Are all of your products in stock?

    The majority of our range is in stock and will be dispatched within 2 working days from your purchase. Confirmation that a product is in stock will be written (in green) directly under the price when you click into a product. From time to time, products are available for purchase on a pre-order arrangement. When a product is on pre-order, this will be written at the bottom of the product description and will indicate the date we expect the stock to be dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Q. Do you offer shipping discounts if I purchase multiple items?

    The short answer to this question is yes. The cost of shipping increases based on the total volume being sent. Shipping for two bedside tables will be slightly more than if you purchase just one bedside table. The website shipping calculator will automatically factor in a discount for multiple items.

    You will find measurements directly underneath the description on the product page. You might need to scroll down just a little.

  • Q. Is your wood sustainably sourced?

    This is a question with increasing importance and subsequently we take proactive measures to ensure we are both socially and environmentally responsible. We predominantly use two types of wood to manufacture our products - Rosewood and Mango Wood. We can confirm our rosewood is artificially propagated, providing documentation that is validated by the department of agriculture, water and the environment. Mango wood comes from a mango tree (yes the delicious, juicy fruit). A mango tree is fast growing and once the tree stops baring consistent high quality fruit, the wood is salvaged and a new tree planted to repeat this sustainable process.

    Holy Funk accepts PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. We can also accept direct deposit (please contact us for this payment method).
