Q. Do you ship Australia wide?
A. Yes, we ship all over Australia. We are predominately an online store, and have subsequently put large emphasis on ensuring that each product can be sent all around the country. We also have measures in place to ensure your product arrives to your door step free from damage and in perfect working order. Deliveries are made between Monday - Friday. Just add a product to your cart, click on the link 'Estimate Shipping & Tax'(in your shopping cart) and enter your postcode. The calculator will then provide an accurate shipping quote. Make sure you are in the desktop version of the website for the postage calculator.
Q. Can I return the product if I have a change of mind?

Q. Can I pick up my item free of charge?
A. Yes. Holy Funk offers a free pick up service from our warehouse/showroom situated at 10 Lennox Street, Moorabbin 3189 Vic (See next FAQ for full showroom details). Once you have made a purchase you will be emailed and notified when your product will be ready for collection. Customers are kindly asked to wait until they are advised when their product will be ready for collection prior to coming to the warehouse. Complete pick-up details will be provided upon purchase.
Q. Does Holy Funk have a showroom?
A. Yes! Our showroom is open to the public on Saturdays 12pm - 2pm. The showroom can also be viewed Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The showroom address is 10 Lennox Street, Moorabbin, Vic 3189. Products can be purchased and picked up directly from the showroom. Feel free to contact us if you would like confirmation regarding availability for both viewing and purchasing.
Q. How much does postage cost?
A. There is a postage calculator in the first page of the check out process. Just add a product to your cart, click on the link 'Estimate Shipping & Tax'(in your shopping cart) and enter your postcode. The calculator will do the rest. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see a screen shot showing exactly where to click... Also make sure you are in the desktop version of the website and not on your phone/tablet in order to access the postage calculator.
Q. How does delivery work?
A. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday (sorry, we don't currently deliver on the weekends). Unless specifically advised or pre-arranged, all products are delivered using a one man service. Please make sure you contact us prior to making a purchase if you require a premium 2 man delivery service. Delivery is to ground floor (lifts excluded) and the driver will bring your product to your front door. Once you purchase a product, Holy Funk will be in contact with you to provide further information about the delivery process.
Q. Can I nominate a specific day for delivery?
A. Yes. You can nominate a specific day for delivery and we will work with our delivery partners to coordinate this for you. We encourage customers to track their delivery just in case there is any unforeseen delay.
Q. Are all of your products in stock?
A. The majority of our range is in stock and will be dispatched within 2 working days from your purchase. Confirmation that a product is in stock will be written (in green) directly under the price when you click into a product. From time to time, products are available for purchase on a pre-order arrangement. When a product is on pre-order, this will be written at the bottom of the product description in coloured writing to ensure it is obvious and clear to see. An expected arrival date will also be noted.

A. You will find measurements directly underneath the photos on the product page. You might need to scroll down just a little.
Q. Are Holy Funks industrial styled products new or second hand?
A. Most of Holy Funks products are new and specifically designed by or for us. Some of our products are made with reclaimed or recycled materials. They have the strength and workmanship of a new product but the look and feel of a vintage gem. Genuine vintage items have a large 'Vintage' sign in the corner of the product photo. You can't miss it.

A. Holy Funk accepts Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. We can also accept direct deposit (please contact us for this payment method).
